JonPaul first gained national attention at just 17, when his heartfelt rewrite of Lukas Graham’s “7 Years” went viral, earning over 20 million views online. Since then, he has grown into one of Detroit’s most exciting emerging artists. In 2024, he released his Footprints EP with LA producer Bryan Hugo Iglesias, headlined Detroit’s iconic El Club, and performed at the Detroit Pistons Halftime Show, proving his strength as a live performer.

The duo also followed the project up with a collaboration with Detroit rising star Curtis Roach on "Honey (Remix)”.
